I’m ready to spend, why does my card keep declining?
There could be a few reasons your card is declining. Make sure the billing address matches the address associated to the card. Also, keep in mind Stilazzi only accepts American credit cards.
I’m not in the US, how do I pay?
Our international squad members pay via PayPal Standard. If you don’t have PayPal, you can pay using Bank Wire Transfer. Keep in mind payments made through bank wire are subject to processing times and fees.
I only placed one order, why was I charged twice?
When a credit card gets declined, often a “pending charge” will show up on your bank information. Not to worry, Stilazzi does not accept funds from declined transactions. The pending charges in your account will automatically drop off after a few business days. If you are worried your order went through more than once, we’ll check for you! Email us at info@stilazzi.com.
What is your return policy?

Most SZ products can be returned within 14 business days, given the items are in unused condition. If you receive an SZ item damaged, let us know within 5 business days of receiving the order. On all returns we will ask for the order number and a picture of the return item(s).

Due to sanitary laws and concerns, brushes and lashes will not be eligible for a return (you’ll thank us later). If you received brushes or lashes that are defective in their packaging, please email us ASAP.

Orders shipped using a 3rd party forwarding service will not be eligible for returns.

Most returns/exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. Your opinion on our products means everything, and we do not believe in a strict return policy.

Why isn’t my promo code working?
In a perfect world, promo codes would last forever… Sadly our promo codes do have expiration dates, so check to make sure it is still active. Make sure the code is being entered into the correct field, with no typos. Still unsure? Email info@stilazzi.com.
My package says delivered… but it wasn’t.

Sometimes USPS gets a little too excited, and updates tracking info early. If your package reads as delivered but was not, its more than likely still on its way. If a week goes by and there is nothing, let us know.

USPS will not process claims for lost packages, regardless what their site says. Nothin’ like the good ol’ post office, right?!

No worries, we’ll resend your package on our dime.

Duties and taxes on orders being shipped internationally are not included, and unfortunately we have no insight as to what it may cost. All duties/fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When will my order ship, and how long will it take?

We process orders Monday-Friday! If you placed your order before 11am, it’ll ship that day. Orders placed after 11am or on the weekends will be processed the following business day.

Listening for the mail truck is second nature, but regardless, we’ll send you tracking info when your order ships. Typically our customers receive orders within 1-3 days from shipping. The time frame in which you can expect to receive your order is not guaranteed. Sometimes courier policies, destinations, or weather can delay a packages.

Didn’t you used to make cases and bags?

Hell yeah we did! A little while ago we “total re-hauled” and decided to no longer produce cases, bags, disposables, etc. If you’re dying to get your hands on an OG Stilazzi product, we may have some left. Email info@stilazzi.com if interested, and we’ll point you to the right people.
