PAYMENTS
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) as well as PayPal and Afterpay. We do not accept international credit cards. If you only have an international credit card we suggest PayPal as an alternative.
WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Shop now, pay later! Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for your purchase over time in 4 interest-free installments due every two weeks. Afterpay is only available to orders within the US.

Rest assured that we do our best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Processing times may take a bit longer during sales and/or new launches.

TRACK MY ORDER
All shipments' tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as your order's been processed and shipped. If your order shows it was shipped, but no tracking is available for your order, this means your order was shipped with a padded envelope, which does not provide a tracking number. Rest assured it's on its way. If you don't think you received an email with your tracking number, you can always check your SPAM folder, or email us to resend it to you.
ISSUES WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER
Occasionally the USPS tracking service can be unreliable. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking number to show activity. Sometimes USPS forgets to scan a package and there is no activity on your tracking number. USPS also estimates delivery but does not guarantee delivery dates, meaning your package could take up to 7-10 business days to get to you once it's shipped. Your business matters to us regardless of the shipping carrier, so if you do not receive your package after two weeks please email us at info@stilazzi.com.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship through USPS to most countries around the world. If you are having a hard time checking out due to your country location, feel free to email us with your concerns, as well as your shipping address, and we'll do our best to either ship it directly to you or let you know of a Stilazzi stockist nearest you.
For customers that prefer to have either FedEx or DHL be your chosen courier, email us at info@stilazzi.com and we will do our best to process a special order for you.
CUSTOMS FEES & DUTIES
Customs Fees & Duties are an additional charge levied on items that are being imported into your country. These fees are determined by your government and are usually a percentage of your purchase value.
As a merchant, we are unable to speak and calculate any other countries' Customs Fees and Duties as they vary from country to country, and only that local countries' Customs Department is able to generate and calculate these fees. We do not have any insight on what fees may apply as well as what each fee may cost. Please contact your local Customs Department for further information.
RETURN POLICY
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY
Hopefully, you love all your products from Stilazzi but we understand that sometimes a color is wrong for you or you're just not feeling the product. We do accept returns within 30 days for a full refund, not including shipping costs. Items must be sent back to in either unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Please email info@stilazzi.com if you wish to return an item.
REFUNDS
If you did return an item to us and the return has been accepted please allow our Returns Department 2-3 days to process your refund from the day the package arrives back to us. Please note, a refund may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect on your bank account depending on your bank.
