For All Products Received Within The Last 30 Days:
Your 100% satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority. To do so, we take great care to offer only top of the line merchandise of the finest quality. Within your first 30 days of receipt, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return. At your request, we will either:

  • Replace or exchange the merchandise.
  • Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card).

Shipping cost will only be refunded to the customer if the reason for the item(s) being returned or exchanged is an error on behalf of Stilazzi. If the reason for the return or exchange is not due to an error on Stilazzi, the item(s) may be refunded, but the shipping will not be refunded

PLEASE NOTE: Only purchases made through stilazzi.com can be returned to Stilazzi. Stilazzi does not accept any return requests for purchases made through other retailers/websites. Please also note that all returns will only be accepted if items are in perfect condition. Any used, or tampered items, that are no longer in new condition will not be accepted for return. 

How long are products covered under warranty?
Stilazzi’s company warrantee’s covers items 1 year from the date of purchase. Warrantee’s are only valid if the cause is due to a defect of the item. Damage caused to any Stilazzi items due to wear and tear are not covered under the warrantee. Only product defects will be covered by warrentee.

Stilazzi Warranty Service Fees:

  • Within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico): $19.95
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: $29.95
  • Canada: $29.95 (US dollars)

If service/repair fee exceeds standard fee amount, a customer service representative will contact the customer of any additional expense for repair/service before any work is performed for the customer’s approval.

Return/Repair Procedure:

Please contact our Customer Service department Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm (Pacific Standard Time) to receive an authorization number along with proper instructions to best handle the repair. Please include a copy of your original invoice and mail the “warrantee” item to:

Please Note:“The Customer” is responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping fees when returning products for replacement, exchange, or repair unless it is a mistake on behalf of Stilazzi. If a credit is requested to be put back on a customers credit card that "was not" a fault of Stilazzi, a 6% chargeback fee will be charged for both the original charge and for the credit back on the card. (3% for original charge & 3% for the credit back) The chargeback fee is a transaction fee that the merchant, "Stilazzi", is charged every time a card is charged.

 

Stilazzi recommends all shipments be shipped through FedEx simply for tracking convenience and more accurate arrival time. All shipments being shipped to “PO Boxes” must ship through the Post Office. FedExdoes not deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Date Order Needs To Be Received By Customer (this helps us determine the customers shipping options available to choose from, that will have the package arrive to customer by date needed)

  • Billing Address (Mailing address of credit card – where monthly statement is received at the end of every month for the credit card that is being used for current transaction)
  • Credit Card Type (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Customers Name As It Appears On Credit Card
  • Credit Card Number (16 digits for Visa, M.C., & Discover - 15 digits for Amex)
  • Expiration For Credit Card (Month/Year)
  • V-Code (last 3 numbers on the back of Visa, M.C., & Discover – 4 digits on the front of AmEx.)
  • Date Order Needs To Be Received By Customer (this helps us determine the customers shipping options available to choose from, that will have the package arrive to customer by date needed)
